The Battle for Stalingrad

Hullo thier, my name is chris, and Iam
trying to develop a war game of the battle of stalingrad,
I have got the order of battle etc etc German and Soviet ,but in trying to do this
I do not want to insult anyone or make light of the terrible time the men had thier.

So any information on tactics that was used , weapons, aircraft on how they would be used would be great
